I just put rocks beneath the stems to direct, wire supports work too. These are pretty hardy so even if you do break a stem, it’ll be fine.
I would think about repotting in spring though and splitting out some of the babies.

You can get some full spectrum bulbs for those lamps too! Then you don’t need extra grow lights.
