Depends on your usuals, but I always find that a good pasta noodle with italian sausage, diced tomatoes, black olives, and cheese is a good comfort food.
Recipe for Italian Hoover Stew 1 box Tri-color rotini noodles (you can just use any kind of noodle) 1 & 1/2 lb Italian sausage 1 cup Mozzarella 1 12 oz can Diced tomatoes 2 cans medium whole black olives Salt 2 tsp Oregano 2 tsp Basil 1/2 tbsp Olive oil Feeds 4 Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Pour in the noodles, add 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and let simmer for 16 minutes. Turn off the heat and drain the noodles. Add the olive oil. Brown the sausage and set it aside. Chop up mozzarella into pea-sized chunks and add it to the noodles. Drain olives & tomatoes and add them to the noodles. Add basil & oregano, and stir in the sausage. Serve.
