Not to be rude! Just wanting to change the language around “exotic” coffees. Sure, I’ve had some really funky tasting coffees that changed my perspective of varietals and how they’re processed, but let’s remember that the people who produced that crazy coffee was not paid enough for it

Coffee is coffee 🙂 I don’t really view them as “exotic” or “regular” as I believe these kinds of views are harmful to producing families.
Experimental processes are cool but I’m interested in finding ways to preserve and enrich farmers and families who live off of their severely underpaid crops.
