I would say, it sacrifices style for readability.
Depends on whether you want to have it as an informational piece or something that includes the text as art 🙂.
Personally, I favor the original text bc it looks more "in-universe"

I make a sketch, then do the clean lines in a separate layer, turn off the sketch, swear (bc now it looks boring), reiterate over the lines to add weight, swear again, turn the sketch back on and be grumpy that it looks way better now, leave the sketch at 20% opacity, reiterate over the lines, .. 😵💫

I recommend Hybrid Floofs ;) - they are hypoallergic. And time is on your side, my mind is slowly drifting towards bsky ^^

Those are great 😂. He is becoming wildly expressive! Your older drawings show him more "in general", in a more neutral mood, but now he becomes ever more of a real character!
