I guess I see Zen not so much as crushing the ego, but rather "seeing" your true self and living from there. The ego has its place, but it's no longer the big boss in the room.

As a follow-up, I had 5 sessions for a minor muscular skeletal issue. The treatments were holistic,but they did not fix the issue that I went there for. However,two other minor health issues were also addressed and they improved a little. The sessions in themselves were very relaxing, which I liked.
