Lesson (7-8pm): Dance Lab with Johnilee! Come practice your moves, get feedback, and develop routines. This is a great opportunity to practice intermediate and advanced dance moves.

Social Dance (8-10pm).

Social Dance (8-10pm): Johnilee is bringing a disco-inspired set as our DJ for the night, complete with real disco lights inside the Karate Church!

Next week we're celebrating the Spring Equinox at Flow Fusion! Come dressed up in your best spring-inspired outfit 🌷

Flow Fusion has a special Valentine's Dance this week! We'll start the evening with some authentic relating connection dance games (no partner necessary) and then we'll have 2 hours of ooey gooey love songs and angsty breakup tunes. Folks are encouraged to dress on theme. See you there! 💜🥰😘
