Just noticed another unused flag in the list after the Zebetite and Escape flags, "AFROHAKKEN".
There's an unused graphic in the debug tileset with the writing "Afloraltite Energy," this would likely have been the flag for discovering some (アフロ発見), whatever that would have entailed.

With the Center being T21R0601, this makes the placement of the next two (Bird and older Guide Gent's house) a mystery. The Center is the last warp in both versions and got R06 from the Nov. 98 version. Bird might be behind the cut tree and Guide might be the one with the sign.

Nagoya's Pokecenter is still present as the amount of rooms in Cherrygrove decreased in the process. It still used the longer design from SW97. It contained:
A Twin at 5x3y
A CooltrainerM at 10x6y
A Beauty at 1x6y
Another unused Nagoya room's script file was in here as well:

With Poison Barb sharing the same Japanese name as Poison Point, one wonders if there's some connection to Togepyon in RS (revisiting an idea at most, it's a hedgehog).
