Calling all bug people on Bluesky! What kind of moth is this? Found it in my front yard chilling today and it kinda interrupted my digging project because I didn't want it bothered.
Partially opened wings of a brown moth. It has 4 yellow rings with a light green center (one ring per wing section). The edges of the wings are a light tan with a faint pink. The wings are darker brown with some grey. The moth is about 6 inches wings open by estimation Sideways view of a light brown moth approximately 2-3 inches long at the body and 3-4 inches long at the wings. There is one visible yellow ring on its lower wing
