They brought in Larkin as a new/old love interest, so maybe he will now take Micheals place? Ciprian is fabulous, but just not a replacement for the other two characters at all. What scares me is this mess is going to merge with the Vampires eventually.

Rowan has black hair, Micheal Curry does not exist, he's merged with Stuart Townsend into Ciprian who is Talamasca but has Michael's abilities to touch objects. It's a train wreck. It's as bad as Marius being Lestat's maker 🥺 I think they're trying to fix things but who knows.

to leaving out Micheal Curry as a character, to the show barely resembling the book at all because so many changes were made. The emerald necklace isn't even right! Yet I'm on the 2nd season, torturing myself, hoping that they will correct things because I LOVE this story as it was written so much.

I've been watching, I want to love it, but I am so upset with what they have done to the original story that it's really difficult. I read the books as they were published and many times again over the years. From the get go, Rowan's hair color being so drastically wrong......
