I have accepted the request by the Pdt to head DG HERA to strengthen our health emergency preparedness. Climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution are among the biggest health threats. But in today‘s world it is time to step up the wider #OneHealth Agenda, incl civ-mil.

I was also deeply touched by the special farewell I received from the Environment Ministers last week .Becoming becoming the last A-point on a Council agenda is a gratifying experience for a EC civil servant.
