I agree with you on 1A stuff (even when I don't like the outcomes & try to think of better alternatives that won't lead to worse outcomes).
But in this case, the school has to want to fire the teacher right? If the school leadership is also bigoted, it doesn't matter if the teacher is fireable?

As if manufacturers will lower the price of cars because they pull out safety equipment. Instead they'll just charge us even more to have it.

Voter suppression is definitely a factor - look at the Florida ballot measure to restore voting rights to convicted felons...and the way the legislature made it nearly impossible for it to happen.

It's not that I blame yall, but you have to remember there are a lot of normal, sane, decent folks in red states - and a lot of MAGAs in blue states.
