Some of these 9 billion could make this happen through nuclear annihilation. But I guess that many leaders are even delighted by trump creating chaos and weakening the US, so they can fill the vacuum. This problem has to be solved by your people.

Many authors get grants or other support from their governments. Most cannot make a living from writing books. The only party earning are the publishers. So we are in reality paying the publishers for work we already paid with our taxes.
