Thanks for posting this Jim. Not a post that you would expect to get too many "likes" or comments but has given me inspiration. Am struggling to find/afford/justify renting a studio in my village. I do have a shared space in a barn/car park.Unfortunately the roof leaks - but only when it's raining 😉
