Yeah I’m not sure, as I use keyboard, but I’m sure you can find it pretty quick in the binds!

If you look in the bottom right where your character portrait is there’s a little bar that fills up under it (fills up faster as a healer the more you heal) and when it fills up you get the minor perk and then fill it up again to get the major perk! Also default key bind is left alt on pc
