This weekend, I published a blog article about how I handle my homelab using Ansible (and some Terraform).

Also a special shoutout to Knirpz (www.twitch.tv/knirpz), who biked for 24 hours straight and achieved 300 km, for which #Twitch (yes, TWITCH!) agreed to donate 10 US$/km (~2600€) to the whole cause! Insane, and I hope he is sleeping well tonight to recover from this insane achievement!

This is a yearly even, to which I look forward to every single year. It's 36 hours of pure fun and entertainment, all in the name of doing something good.

It has been 0 days since the last DNS issue in my home lab.

I noticed that queries for the internally used domain started failing in #bind9, even though the DNS behind that domain (AD DC) was responding correctly. I scoured through the logs with this handy little helper:
