It’s poolside reading season!

I’m about halfway through Creative Selection by Ken Kocienda. It’s a fantastic read!

Highly recommend if you create apps, design products and obsess over UX

For the trophies screen my only feedback would to make sure that you have consistent spacing between the columns and the padding around your grid! I think it would look so much better 😊

Honestly my main feedback I feel like you can expand the sheet to take up the whole screen and add a call to action like "Continue" at the bottom to make things super clear (also think the share button would be nice next to it)

Highly requested, and honestly I understand why

4/5 - Stick to your schedule
📵 → Now that you have a plan in place, you're less likely to get distracted. But to stay on track you can block distracting apps on your phone as an extra layer of defense

3/5 - Build a routine
🔁 → Set repeating time blocks for all non-negotiables like Sleep, Meals, Workouts, Reading, etc.
Next time you plan your day, you'll just have to fill the gaps
March 2, 2025 at 7:31 AM
2/5 - Add structure
🗓️ → Organize your schedule in Calendar categories to help you visualize the time you invest in different areas of your life
March 2, 2025 at 7:31 AM
1/5 - Map out your day
⏳ → Break down a typical day into time blocks to see how you're really spending time and reassess what's stealing hours without adding value.

Here's the truth👇

To actually REDUCE your SCREEN TIME
You must PLAN your FREE TIME

We’re considering two small tweaks to Flowmino’s UI:

1 - Renaming Enter Flow → Block Apps
2 - Show the Add button when the planner is minimized (thank you @alexsikora.bsky.social for the feedback)

It ain't much but these changes should help improve clarity and accessibility. What do we think?

Glad you appreciate the 24h, yeah the thinking here is that if they didn't start a trial they’ll probably leave anyway, the freebie gives them a reason to stick around a little longer.

You made a great point regarding the add action, we're gonna try something like this (should make things clearer)

New update is live on the App Store!

→ Manage routines directly in Flowmino
→ Improved Active Hours (more options for night owls & night-shifters)
→ Stretch the planner to see overnight Time Blocks

It does full stop lock you out of the app. To unblock it, you have to go back to Flowmino.

We conveniently placed the exit flow button under the activity you planned to do, to gently remind you of what you’re supposed to be doing

When you tap it we also add friction by making you wait a little
