/rant for real this time

I am honored, or burdened, by the history I inherited. Maybe it's rarer than I thought. One reason I'm out here making. My perspective, pessimistic as it may be, is real. Learn!! Learn!!

I think for a lot of people discussions of this depth can be intimidating and I honestly get that. But regardless of your feelings, these are the moments we are sharing. Your Friday is the same Friday as anyone else.

I have spent, personally, tens of thousands of dollars to gain this worldview. If I can leverage a window into what reality was like 100 years ago, it will have been worth it. When you hear or see my art, it is influenced by this academic and historical context.

speaking personally, one of my composer favs Anton Webern was shot while smoking a cigar outside under occupation. You learn about history you learn how it repeats.

at the core, politicians are downstream of people. think of them like influencers times a thousand. ever had a boss you don't really get along with? it's like that but at scale. that's kinda the model?

I just been accepting that in this environment releasing anything at all is admirable and if it's a 3 track EP so be it
