Oh blimey that’s a shock. Condolences on losing a friend, she must have had a feeling! Here it is. Complete with mistakes, Amazon put it for sale before they sent me proof copies!

Really, he’s not welcome. I’m glad he’ll be gone before I arrive later in the week, and by the way are we charging him for that ridiculous motorcade?
