Pretty sure I gave myself salmonella light at hotpot since I ate a chicken heart and thought it should’ve stayed in the soup longer. I’m on the mend now but I’ve also started Metamucil and wow let me tell you. I’ve never been so regular in my life

Had dinner with my friend last night and I watched him take a total of 10 lactaid pills cuz we had a dish that was ricotta filled pasta that we dipped into brown sage butter and then into grated parm. So good and so worth the tummy ache (because I only took 2 lactaid pills)
