Hot, breathless and exhausted. Never usually show my face ( sorry to scare you all) but please check in on a time you know who has a chronic illness etc, not just the elderly. Heat kills as well as cold.

Had a mouth biopsy today ,which somehow gave me the shakes for a couple of hours! Now, swollen gob, headache, but managed a brew!
