My ADHD talks with normal folk:

1) Taking mental notes to react to certain parts of the convo, because I learned that interrupting is not polite.
2.a) When it's my turn, I forget half of what I wanted to say.
2.b) The conversation shifts topic and my notes became irrelevant.
3) I feel like a 🤡

Fellow ADHDers, do you also experience triple anxiety just before traveling? 😫

Me and my ADHD when I go to the shelf to pick up something but then I stay staring at the place completely blank not remembering what I wanted to pick up. And now I'm bugged 😅

Is it only me or you also go to the shop without any bags to buy only ONE thing just to find yourself balancing 20 items in your hands at the checkout and promising yourself to bring a bag the next time? 🤪

I'm a late diagnosed ADHD, and hell, a lot of things make sense now. ADHD was never my main focus. I thought this was what being "normal" meant. Then I realized that one of the apps I built for myself was unconsciously a coping app for ADHD, and now it all makes even more sense 🤯

Do you ever have so many amazing shower thoughs just to have them disappear the moment you close the tap? 😩

This thought also almost got totally vaporized 🤪

I'm developing a new feature for my app that lets users retrospectively analyze their past social interactions. They can review what went well or what could be improved for next time. The goal is to foster self-understanding and social growth for the autistic community.
