It really can be such a struggle, the social anxiety. When I end up comfortable with people/in a setting I worry I'll annoy people with my chatter, which doesn't help the anxiety any either. I'm always happy to offer support and cheer people on when they're stepping out of their comfort zone ❤️

As someone with social anxiety, reaching out to meet new people is really scary. It takes a lot to take that step, to reach out. You never know how someone might react. I hope you're able to make some genuine connections, and I'm cheering you on for taking those steps to try
