Your issue is that the scroll position isn't honoured? Have you tried applying rotationEffect() on the ScrollView and (presumably inner) LazyVStack?

Something like this .. it's a bit hacky but usually does the trick for me when forcing the scroll position to work (especially with keyboard events)

I am not sure how this will play out, but I hope bsky finds a footing in niche tech communities.
