In one of the prototype versions of Yoshi's Island, the Baby Mario handover process is unfinished and does not always work. The Yoshi that should be waiting at the end is missing, and the playable Yoshi simply throws Baby Mario onto the ground, making him crawl off by himself.

Feeling motivated to grind Donkey Kong again after that attempt. Yes, it didn't get very far, but I had some great levels, including a 63,400 level 6. My practice has definitely been paying off. Just have to survive to the kill screen using these strats, and I'll get the 1.1 million.

In Super Mario Sunshine, Shadow Mario's voice is created by applying a filter to Mario's voice; however, he does not use all of Mario's voice clips. By making Mario himself use the filter, we can finally hear Shadow Mario say things like "MAMA hoohahoo wow wow" and "The horror".
