K&N Air Filter Oil with the squeeze bottle. I used a very small amount dripped on the convex fins, let it disperse a bit, and then wrapped it in blue shop towel to absorb some of it back. It is a bit confusing for instructions with this filter - some say don't oil it, some say do.

I oiled mine very lightly.
