An aspect of NC Supreme Court challenge not getting a lot of attention: Jefferson Griffin is NOT challenging Election Day voters w/o a SSN or driver's license number on file - he's ONLY challenging early & absentee voters w/o that info. What's different about Election Day voters? They favor Griffin.

Election Day votes are R+7. Griffin is not challenging the votes of Election Day voters without a SSN or driver's license number on file. He is only challenging the votes of early and absentee voters without that information on file.

From Bryan Anderson: Given that the bulk of outstanding votes are in counties that swung for Harris, Dems have more reason to be optimistic right now. The margin in 24 votes, or 0.0004%. We need to see Forsyth Co. numbers at 2pm Monday. #ncpol
