No crime committed: ICE agent performs bare minimum self defense against a man drawing a gun on him. No sane justice system would criminalize that. Hard to see it any differently! Stop committing suicide by cop, maybe!

I think you are confusing owning a gun with actively pointing it at law enforcement. Not even the staunchest 2A advocate advocates for the right to do the latter

Well, I think it does matter if you’re a citizen or not, since it’s not like they can do anything if you are one. Cant one just show ‘em a drivers license or ID and be done with it?
