Yes, I mostly use the ink brush to which I gave a little wider minimum.
To me the power of grease pencil is in the sculpt tools; you can tweak strokes after drawing them, like liquify in CSP but much more powerful.

You have to make it large enough that it looks smooth from far away, and full of greeble up close, just like the real thing.
I estimate it would have to be at least 5 meters tall.
