I’m currently doing cardio in the living room and putting in that work to make my whole body more warm and burn more fat
I’m sure it will keep on chipping down the more I add cardio on my daily habit
Currently fluctuating around 170-74lbs body weight

Definitely gotta put in some more home workouts though since most of the gyms are closed for the holidays in my area :(
