Also have tried and failed MTX, Cimzia, Cosentyx and Taltz. Cimzia helped until it all the sudden didn’t. I could not tolerate MTX and IL-17i’s did nothing. Doing OK on current cocktail, but I pray for a cure. When it gets bad it’s terrible.

Yeah same here. I’m antiCCP positive, and have certain RA symptoms, but also have palmar plantar psoriasis on hands and feet and psoriatic nails and some enthesitis. Currently on a combo of Orencia infusions and Sulfasalazine. Gets my 70% there and celecoxib another 15%.
