Aerobic thresholds are not the issue, a balky back and hip flexors are. Day three, so far so good.

Comeback 102 has begun, rising from the dead, reversing, at least partially, the downward spiral of the last 5 years since the start of the pandemic. Distance may never happen again, but maybe I can get back to being a decent 5k/10k runner. And if not, I’ll just have some fun back in the pack.
