I can say it's debatable for sure since I can actually read what the memo said and have taken 7th grade science (and happened to note that my tires were lower pressure today due to the low temperature).

There's a lot of debate about those accusations and the fact that they just happened to be submitted repeatedly by Bill Polian, who thought having Peyton Manning was some sort of guarantee that he should go to the Super Bowl every year, is awfully suspicious. And now he's on the voting committee?
