that note pattern ur highlighting is called a shield and even tho i almost never use em in my charts bcuz i can't ever make em feel good to play, theyre still a pattern ppl can put in charts and play (just like how stairs, doubles, jacks, etc are patterns)
so yeah its just a normal chart pattern :D
