I spent an hour on the phone to Eastlink trying to get access to my account with 5 different people of increasingly less ability to help me. The last guy said this is the way. I said ok and hung up to try it. It did not work. Still no access. They used to bend over backwards for their customers.

Every new gov't in Canada goes after the "bloated" public service to find savings.Workers always get screwed. Reducing the size of or getting rid of the Senate would reduce a lot of bloat.
