A round, chestnut-colored cap tops a white stipe on this average-sized mushroom. Moss and dark fir needles surround its base. There's a large hole at the base of the front of the stipe, likely caused by a slug munching on it and just barely leaving enough for it to remain standing.

This historic rose is Comtesse De Barbantane, a Bourbon introduced by Guillot Pere & Clement in 1858. Large flowers of ivory blush shaded deeper, very fragrant.

However the colors are much warmer and has more hints of orange in it .
