Why? Because it's going on display in a museum tomorrow!

Friend of mine found this in a charity shop today. They thought it was a vinyl lathe for one off discs or acetates. It's not. It's a dictation machine from the 50s that records on a magnetic disc.

Brought home this lovely old Eko 12 string guitar today. From the 60s or 70s, haven't managed to date it yet.

My Great-grandfather made this mandolin in 1933. After years in a mess it was restored last year & it's playable again!

I learnt enough to join in at an Irish session, as a one off so my Dad could hear it played again.

Turns out it wasn't a one off, I'm a trad musician now. #mandolin #folkmusic
