I waited so long to start as I was super intimidated but my starter is now two years old (same age as my daughter) and it’s a pretty natural process for me now! I love the boule but I’m trying to find sandwich bread that my family will actually eat. I added 60g soaked oats, 60g flax and 40g honey 💕
