Baking all day today, after only two hours sleep last night. Brain would not shut down! In the pic are my almond and cherry friands, my maple and pecan tarts and the base of my redcurrant frangipane tarts. There were also gluten and dairy free oat cookies and mini quiches. Time for a rest!
