Roasted cabbage on top of homemade romesco sauce served with grilled Niman Ranch pork tenderloin. Served to my parents and in-laws. First time doing the roasted cabbage, loved it. Also the first time I’ve purchased and cooked pork in maybe a year.

It happened to me. I was very lucky and the wire perforated my intestines into my abdominal wall where there a nerve endings. Had it gone in, I would have been slowly poisoned and gone into septic shock!
