Usually my depression isn’t this bad but it only gets like this in the beginning of summer so I’m assuming summer is my season for it getting bad.

You know I thought co-parenting meant that both parents need to be parents once in a while. Not put most of the responsibility on one parent only. But what the fuck do I know. All this is my fault anyway.

So why am I not allowed to have a life? Why do I still have to wait on a woman who has no concept of time or any mindfulness of other people’s time. I don’t owe her anything anymore. I rush home from work all the time when I have the kids. I love being a dad but damnit I want my time too.
