For sure. With rare exception, a good coffee should be enjoyed black. (A rich-bodied Dak Lak benefits from a tiny bit of sugar to bring out the chocolate finish.) But if you have to add a bunch of bullshit to it to make it palatable (read: Starbucks)... it wasn't worth drinking to begin with.

I like my stuff black...and if that tastes good, thats a baseline...but I don't sugar coat it...literally
