This Labour government is attacking Reform for talking about changing the NHS to a different healthcare system.

Just to be clear, Labour is also changing the NHS model- turning the NHS into an enormous cash cow for private companies, mining our public asset to make shareholders richer.

Gosh I’m getting so bored of the guardian being apologists for the Labour government & their decisions regarding the NHS. Where are the articles about the massive donations being accepted by labour politicians from those associated with the private sector?🚨

This article reveals precisely why Labour should not be relying on the private sector to bring down waiting lists. The private sector is unwilling to take on this risk - their goal is to create a profit for their shareholders! 🚨🚨🚨

It’s a travesty.
Who is going to do all of the work for these private companies bringing down NHS waiting lists? Staff who have been poached from the NHS of course. The private health sector in the UK trains almost no staff, takes on NHS work and does so to create a profit for shareholders. 🚨🚨🚨

IMPORTANT - We built EveryDoctor as a doctor-led organisation specifically so that we could avoid being accused of "ideology" when we hold politicians to account. We are doctors, and we base our fundamental aims in science and evidence.

We were deeply disappointed to see Labour announce yesterday..

IMPORTANT- We are running a huge and ambitious campaign to rebuild the NHS *without* NHS privatisation. Please support us to do so- we have our work cut out. If every person who sees this donated £1 if they could, we would hit our crowdfund goal today:

I’m not surprised that people feel let down by what’s happening in the NHS. The politicians have caused the service to deteriorate enormously,+ have enabled private companies to infiltrate. But it’s not the NHS model that’s broken -it’s the political will to make it work.

We can fight for the NHS 💙
