When hubby called the VA in crisis in Oct. it took them 2 weeks to respond citing being short staffed. Just had his intake *only yesterday* as there are ZERO psychiatrists on hand & the 1 counselor is doing intakes in 2 locations AND therapy appts. No date set for an actual therapy appt yet. 😡
