Reading the papers, you’d think Epstein’s only friends & contacts were British. Maxwell, Windsor. Epstein was a US citizen, the vast majority of his contacts were American. Where is the transparency in that corrupt shithole of a country?

Thank God for that! (That it’s not actually Thursday!) I had a very real panic that I had only dreamt yesterday’s stressful meeting & I was lolling about wfh assuming it was done when I should be on the M25! Misplacing your marbles knocked mine out. Like a Newton’s cradle.

Why isn’t Time Team still on? It was perfect Sunday morning tv. They only ever found anonymous bits of old pots, no surprises, no shocks unless you count dodgy knitwear. I miss it.

I saw this post and idly wondered if @barleyscotch.bsky.social was still tricking audiences into Nazi salutes at Hayseed Dixie gigs to show how easily people fall for it, and scrolled down 4 more posts and found one from John! I didn’t even know he was in Bluesky. Coincidences are fun.

I found Dagenham museum a startling good example of a local museum. Stuff I recognised from my gran’s kitchen alongside the history of occupation from pre-Romans onwards. And the astounding Dagenham idol.
