I like getting 100% in games, and that often includes cosmetics. If prices in @Diablo were reasonable, I'd probably have every skin in the shop.
As it stands, having just one or two irks my completionist side, so none it is. Add some FOMO? Now I want to purchase them even less.

First attempt ever on the Fishing Extravaganza, took first place. My auto-quest addon grabbed the fish hook instead of the ring so it looks like we'll be prepping again doing it again next week!
