Their methodology with these kinds of hacks is "the more damage we can do and the more we can hijack, the more we can get them to pay in ransom later", so going to ground as much as possible is your best bet to minimize damage.

A full factory reset might be your best bet. Make sure to do a deep firewall scan on your laptop to make certain there's nothing on it. Try to disconnect every other device on your wifi too, just in case anything else is compromised. Try to cycle your passwords on virtually everything as well.
