Having a fail day 😭. Somehow my car ended up with small doors when unwrapped in Blender! The latest revised model is also too fiddly to assemble for my liking.

Trying out a new assembly method that makes a feature of 'shut lines' between body panels of my paper car. It upped the complexity of gluing together ...worth it?

A few people enquired about the unwrapped toy car paper model, so here is it. Unwrapped in blender using the default UV Editing tools. Tabs were added in Inkscape along with assigning cut and fold styles to all the lines.

Blender paper car experiment is complete! The precision of designing in 3D was an interesting lesson with plenty of details I would do differently next time but overall worth the effort or getting out of my comfort zone.
