On a mini pub crawl. So far I have finally realised that Barsham Brewery took over Jo C's recipes and Bitter Old Bustard is still excellent. A Lager from my local Brewery (Calverley's) is superb. I am also still overjoyed by both Bishop Nick and Tring Breweries and pretty much everything they brew.

Back in my spiritual home, ##TheCambridgeBlue 11 ales on, 10 of which are up my street. Settled on halves of these. Alas with my poor memory I cannot recall which glass contains which. One is utterly brilliant, dark, malty and smooth. The other is still very good.

All sorts of robust flavours going on here. Familiar with Exmoor Brewery but first time I have savoured this beauty. On at my most favoured Wetherspoons which does a pretty good job at keeping the ales with usually an interesting choice to try.

A glorious start to my holiday, A double choice of #TringBrewery beauties. Moongazing is wonderful & zero complaints from a mild afficionado. At #TheCambridgeBlue Also only £4.50 for all this deliciousness. However I am in search of their new special so off to another haunt of their very fine ales.

Had been having a terrible afternoon picking ales which whilst clearly good were not my cup of tea, but just found this. Tastes more like 6% than 4.3% all sorts of gloriousness going on awesome from the very reliable #OssettBrewery.

This stout from @oakhamales.bsky.social is excellent and given I am in the wonderment that is Charters Bar I don't need to say how well kept it is and thus how effortlessly it has disappeared.
