I used to be the person who'd shake their head at people falling for this stuff. I was distracted, in a rush. Luckily it was just a training phishing mail this time. It wasn't even that good. The person it was claiming to come from would never mail me, we'd use slack. And yet, I clicked.

I'm getting into @martinfowler.com et. al. book on that topic now. I feel very seen in the first few paragraphs already. Let's see if it can help understand the issues better and plot a path forward that improves on what we've done so far.
