A reminder that this is why Israel exists in the first place. This was always their endgame, to act as proxies to initiate attacks on oil-rich, Middle Eastern countries and support US interests while giving the US deniability of responsibility.
This will only get worse.
The United States was informed in advance of Israeli plans for today’s large scale attack on Iran, US President Donald Trump said. He also claimed to Fox News that the United States was not involved in this military action. “We presented the American administration with evidence of Iran’s progress towards obtaining a nuclear bomb. There was full and complete coordination with the Americans,” an Israeli official, whose name is not disclosed, claimed for the Jerusalem Post, according to News.ro. Both Donald Trump and Marco Rubio have stated that the US was not involved in Israel’s attacks.
